In the past decade the revolution in technology and freely available time series data has allowed for a more comprehensive understanding of ecological processes in terrestrial, freshwater and marine ecosystems. This course aims to provide the most useful R packages and functions to explore and analyze different time series that are common in ecology, such as population census, high temporal resolution sensors, or spatial data. Also, the course seeks to establish a network among SIBECOL researchers, especially those at the early stages of their careers.
